My name is Jennifer Alves, I am a Client Relations Manager. I am responsible for helping families find qualified professionals to assist with their household needs as well as the hiring and onboarding of new associates within LifeWorx.
Being able to form relationships with both the client and candidates helps me find the perfect match.
As a mother, I understand how difficult it can be to find someone you can trust to care for your child, as well as find great help at home. It gives me great joy to provide my clients with excellent service to make homes more relaxing.
Prior to working at LifeWorx, I was the Director of Memory Care at an assisted living facility. My role was to ensure person-centered care for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s. I graduated from Lehman College with a Master’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, trying new restaurants, and exploring new locations.
