Our Midtown office services the entire Upper West Side community. We are truly dedicated to making matches that last, an important part of that is getting to know you.
We are happy that our community in the Upper West Side is serviced by our care team in our nearby Midtown office, located on the corner of 56th street and Lexington Avenue. With multiple subway lines, the Upper West Side has been traditionally the bustling side of Manhattan. We are across from the new upscale Assisted living facility Sunrise. A significant number of LifeWorx’s clients are in upscale assisted living facilities like Brookdale, Maplewood, Kendal, Atria, etc.
With open doors, our clients and care providers are available and invite you to meet with us. It’s part of our philosophy of being community-minded and transparent! We would love the chance to sit down and help our clients find the best care possible or help our providers find a home or family where they can assist and utilize their talents.

Most of our caregivers use public transportation.
