LifeWorx caregivers are a special group of Experts who are selected from a large population that approaches us for work. We have about 100 caregivers approaching us each week, and about 25,000 such caregivers total. Our selection process looks at the caregivers following details:

- Background: all caregivers are required to have clean a background that establishes them to be trustworthy, legal to work and safe.
- References: LifeWorx checks references by making direct and detailed contact with the previous domestic employer family. We ask insightful questions and create transcripts and an audit trail of all the references. Our analytics have shown that 7% of references are false, and we can detect them out through investigative efforts.
- Skills: Each of the skills of these Expert caregivers are measured and rated and our system allows us to search about 100 skills and each skill by the level of competency. This is LifeWorx patented process.
- Personality: One of the hardest items to document, but the most critical for a good fit. However, empathy, warmth, energy, attentions to detail, communication, and flexibility are core personality trails we always seek.

How much do your services cost?
LifeWorx’s service costs depend on the need. Typically, the hourly rate of service starts at $35, and 24-hour services are $400 per day or more depending on the level of care needed and location. (See our price list.)
What payment methods do you accept?
We keep it nice and simple. We accept automatic payments (e-check/ACH) based on the invoices sent to you. There is no administrative work for you to do.
How do you screen your caregivers?
Each caregiver goes through 3 in-depth interviews and provides references from 2 past professional in-home services clients. We can proudly say that in our 15 years of service, we have never had a client report neglect, abuse or theft by one of our care professionals. Our standard is to choose from among the top 10% of caregivers who apply to LifeWorx
Which location is best for me to call?
It’s best to call the location closest to where care is needed. This way, the care coordinators and office staff are familiar with the caregivers and can provide the most fitting caregiver for you. All our offices work together as one team.
How does your process work?
You can get started with a phone call or visit to one of our locations. After assessing your family’s needs, we provide you with 2-3 ideal housekeepers. You can then interview the candidates you select if you wish. From there, the schedule is up to your agreement with the professional. You can begin working with the caregiver as soon as you want for the hours you want and the way you want. We can often start the service the same day, but in a complex situation, it may take an extra day.
What is your guarantee?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the service, please let us know within 48 hours of service. We will either refund or correct the services to your satisfaction.
