How it Works

Discuss your care needs

Documenting medical needs is the easy part. Where the work comes in is understanding your loved one’s personality, their triggers and limitations, any barriers to potentially accepting care for the first time, and the little things we can add to their lives by way of a caregiver that will put a smile on their face.

Meet our caregivers

You’ll meet several fully vetted caregivers in Westport, each with a biography summarizing their skills and experience, activities they enjoy engaging in with clients, personality traits, quotes from their reference transcripts, and a photo from their in-person interview. From there, you can interview either in-person or over the phone or video call or simply decide based on their profile.

Services begin

We do our best to keep things simple and find the perfect match for your loved one on our first time around and are encouraged by how often this happens. However, if things are not quite clicking, our Client Managers will take your feedback and go back to the drawing board for a more fitting solution. Above and beyond is the expectation, not the exception, with peace of mind as the ultimate outcome.

Born and bred in Yonkers, I currently reside just down the road in Pleasantville. “I have been the Candidate Relations Director in our Chappaqua office since 2021 where I am responsible for finding the best qualified caregivers and work alongside my colleagues to help them to find their way to families in need of their service and care. Coming from a recruiting background, I understand things from both the client and candidate’s side. This has served me well to not only thoroughly evaluate caregivers but also understand what clients are looking for when they specify needs.” —Jose Murickan

“I am the Candidate Relations Manager in our Chappaqua office where I work alongside the team to find and place the most skilled, dedicated, and personable professional for our clients.
