It is a difficult job—especially with Alzheimer’s clients.
But if you love your job, you’re gonna have patience with them. You’re gonna see the humanity in them.
You’re gonna know that, you know, it could have been your parents—it could have been you. You don’t know what’s gonna happen to you later on in life.
I see so many different loving things in them. Like the one I’m with now—you see she was a mother, she was a teacher, she was a homemaker.
You see so many different parts of her that make you think—and then it makes you take care of them even more.
That’s what I like about this job.
