My name is Dwiann and I oversee the medical care and collaborate with all nursing cases and coordinate with the Care Coordinators to ensure each Caregiver assigned has both the proper medical and highest quality of care. In addition, I work with all the families to make sure they are fully involved in the care of their loved ones.

I graduated from Nassau Community College with an Associate of Arts and promptly pursued my nursing degree at the University of Maryland. I am also licensed in Basic Life Support.
