My name is Lauren Heller, and I am the Client Relations Manager at our Long Island office. I work directly with clients in need of private homecare for their loved ones. I started at LifeWorx as a Client Relations Associate where I help find trustworthy, and reliable caregivers to meet our client’s needs and provide exceptional service.
My main priority is to try and find the best caregiver, that is the right fit for the family in need and ensure their loved ones are in the right hands. With every client that I work with, I treat as if they were one of my own family members.
I graduated from Fashion Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s in business management. When I am not working, I love to spend time with family; especially with my nephew and three nieces. If you are ever near our Great Neck office, feel free to stop by and say Hi.
