Zenani Jackson

I joined LifeWorx in 2022 as the Client Relations Manager for our Upper East Side office. Since then, I’ve been involved in building learning and development programs that reflect our values here at LifeWorx and strengthen our team’s growth.

In my current role as Director of Organizational Development, I oversee hiring, onboarding, career development, benefits, and HR operations. Before LifeWorx, I worked as an HR Manager overseeing full-cycle recruitment and employee relations. I hold a degree in Psychology and advanced certifications in Human Capital Management, and I strive to keep learning and evolving.

Born and raised in New York, I still love discovering hidden gems in the city. I believe in balance—making time for both new experiences and quiet moments of mindfulness. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, cooking, traveling, and listening to indie R&B.
