My name is Maika and I am Director of Compliance where I am responsible for compliance activities for all of LifeWorx.  I joined LifeWorx in December of 2020 as a Candidate Relations Associate where I found talented and trustworthy candidates that will match our client’s needs.

I move from Haiti in 2013 to study Dance and Human Resources Management at Hofstra University. In addition to working with LifeWorx, I dance professional with a company in Harlem. During my free time, I like to do sudoku puzzle, work out, and play volleyball.
