My name is Kim Atherton and I am the Candidate Relations Manager in our Westport office. I am responsible for recruiting and assist with finding the best qualified caregivers and work alongside my colleagues to help them to find their way to families in need of their service and care. I started at LifeWorx in 2021 as a Candidate Relations Associate where I was searching for ideal candidates that will deliver exceptional service to the families they are with.

I graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. I was born and raised in Bethel, CT and now currently reside in Norwalk, CT.  During my free time, I enjoy taking long drives-listening to classic rock, eating anything and everything, and watching reality shows.
