My name is Ela Sobieraj, and I am thrilled to rejoin LifeWorx as VP of Operations as of December 2025. My history with LifeWorx spans from 2015 to 2021, a journey that allowed me to grow alongside the company and develop a deep understanding of our mission.
I began my career at LifeWorx as a Senior Talent Manager, where I fell in love with listening to our candidates’ stories and figuring out how their skills and experiences can enhance our clients’ lives. As I transitioned into leadership roles, including Candidate Relations Director and Director of Compliance, I worked on initiatives to achieve 100% compliance with CHAP accreditation. I also helped with operations across a few locations, including the launch of our Long Island and Midtown offices, by focusing on different projects to support the team.
I am a proud graduate of Baruch College with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Corporate Communication. Outside of work, I love traveling, reading, staying active, and spending quality time with my family.
