My role at Lifeworx is to maintain client safety and quality of life.

Dwiann Morgan

As the Director of Patient Services, I bring extensive experience and dedication to overseeing medical care and private duty nursing services. My educational background includes a nursing degree from the University of Maryland. My role ensures clients with complex medical needs receive expert, compassionate care in the comfort of their homes.

I became a nurse because I’ve always been drawn to helping others, especially during their most vulnerable moments. Growing up, I watched my mother work as a nurse, and her compassion, strength, and dedication left a deep impression on me. Nursing allows me to combine empathy with knowledge, to make a real difference with my clients.

Collaborating closely with Client Managers, I make sure every caregiver is equipped to deliver the highest quality and most appropriate level of care. I take pride in nurturing strong partnerships with families, keeping them fully engaged and informed throughout their loved one’s care. Across the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida, I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
