My name is Morgan Dain and I am a Candidate Relations Associate for LifeWorx at the Sarasota, FL location. My role is to find skilled elder care professionals and build relationships with new and existing candidates who have a combination of the necessary experience, empathy, compassion, and dedication to support and assist our LifeWorx clients.
My goal is to use my professional knowledge to identify wonderful talent and develop strong professional relationships with candidates to assist with providing a positive, uplifting, and supportive environment for our LifeWorx clients.
I attended Cazenovia College in Cazenovia, NY where I received a bachelor’s Degree in Liberal and Professional Studies. My background includes over 15 years of experience in primarily higher education and additionally, working in corporate environments and the public sector. I also have a background in recruiting, career and professional development, coaching, human resources, and both client and administrative management.
During my time off, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family, relaxing at a local beach, strolling through a Farmer’s Market, cooking, and exploring new recipes. I grew up in Syracuse, NY, and Marin County, CA. As an adult, I moved back to California where I spent almost 12 years living and working in Silicon Valley. I moved to Florida over six years ago to be closer to family and currently reside in Sarasota, FL.
