Jessica Deng

My name is Jessica Deng and I am the Copywriter here at LifeWorx and the office manager at our Midtown location. As the Copywriter, I am responsible for producing fresh and well-crafted copy for our website, blogs, social media platforms, and other mediums. I also collaborate closely with designers and other professionals on various marketing projects and ensure that our website content is updated and well-maintained.

My main responsibilities as an office manager, includes, but is not limited to: maintaining the overall appearance of the office, serve as the point person for ordering supplies and essentials as needed, running errands, liaise with vendors such as cleaning, repairs, and etc.

Prior to joining LifeWorx, I was a social media marketing coordinator at The Law Offices of Marjory Cajoux and have held social media marketing positions with various Real estate firms, where I oversaw each company’s social media platforms, collaborated with design teams on creating digital and traditional marketing collateral, and plenty more. I have been a social media marketing professional for over eight years, and I have been very much self-taught – mostly learned social media and marketing from various mentors throughout my career. I graduated from CUNY, New York City College of Technology, majoring in Hospitality Management and received a degree in Bachelor of Technology.

I grew up in Brooklyn, NY and currently reside in Elmhurst, NY as of May 2022. Besides being a social media marketing professional, I am also a foodie at heart and a plant mom. During my downtime, I enjoy cooking, trying new foods/restaurants, taking care of my plants, going to the gym, spending time with my loved ones, listening to music and watching movies and various shows.
