Hello, my name is Giovanna Lombardo and I am a Registered Nurse. I love both clinical as well as administrative work with clients. Upon completing my B.S.N at the College of Staten Island I continued my further education and received my M.S.N at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. I began my nursing career by working hands on for leading multinational medical institutions and providing exceptional care to a diverse client population. Since becoming a registered nurse, I have successfully become a co-chair to the first unit council of New York Methodist Hospital and worked as a professional charge nurse leader in a medical surgical unit.
Home care nursing is a field in which the nurse plays a pivotal role in establishing trusting relationships with patients, their families and friends by providing the highest quality of patient centered care
I am a compassionate and energetic registered nurse with a master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner. My main goal in home healthcare is to empower the quality of health in others. Delivering evidence-based care while establishing a trusting relationship with caregivers, clients and family members. I have a deep commitment to preventative steps such as avoiding falls for elders. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, working out, and looking to learn something new every single day.
