Estate Manager

An estate or luxury home comes with substantial responsibilities. Our House Managers are here to take charge of every aspect of your home so you can rest assured that everything is running smoothly. Let our House Managers:

  • Supervise other household staff – gardeners, cooks, nannies, etc.
  • Manage the household budget and payroll of staff.
  • Maintain household supplies and keep the pantry stocked.
  • Repair broken house fixtures and appliances.
  • Interview and schedule services from outside contractors when necessary.
  • Schedule services, inspection, and registration of cars and keep them clean.
  • Keep the exterior of the house tidy (gutters, windows, sidewalks) and perform seasonal maintenance.
  • Take care of your barn, pool, patio, and outdoor grounds.
  • Take care of trash and recycling.


  • Full-Time: 20% of annual gross compensation (Estate Managers look for $70,000 - $100,000 per year)
