My name is Benjamin Brink and I joined LifeWorx as a Client Relations Associate for our Brooklyn territory. As a Client Relations Associate at LifeWorx my priorities involve ensuring I only place caregivers that perfectly align with a client’s greatest needs – analyzing personality, availability, and caretaking style. I keep in mind that I may be dealing with clients that are going through very difficult transitions in their lives, and my job is to bring peace and ease them into their new situation to the best of my ability. My mother suffered a stroke, and unfortunately did not make it, so I can fully understand the importance of having in-home care from a personal perspective.

I certainly want to develop strong relationships with both my clients and caregivers. I hope to be a person they find dependable, reliable, compassionate, and of my word.

My goal list grows every day, but I know I certainly want to develop strong relationships with both my clients and caregivers. I understand the quality of what we do here at LifeWorx may stick with families for a very long time, so my mission is to plant seeds for long term connections.

I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Operations and Project Management. During my time off I really enjoy hiking, dog parks with my pup, exploring restaurants, watching movies & sports, and also I love a good lake day. I am from Michigan and currently reside in Kips Bay, New York City.

"I moved back to New York City 9 or so months ago and knew I needed help. I came back to a big job with lots of travel and lots of hours. I've used different cleaning services before, but they never offered consistency. With all the moving parts on my side, I needed someone to really understand my needs and take care of everything. Having her on a set schedule allows me to have repairs or deliveries that I normally would have had to work from home to accommodate - which is a big deal with my schedule. She does a great job keeping everything clean. To boot, she's become a bit of a part time nanny to my 2 adorable & very friendly cats. Jeanne has been a pleasure to work with as the GM.
