Our nannies are US citizens or legal residents with their own transportation, valid driver’s license and local knowledge.  Before we match a nanny to your family, we gain an in-depth understanding of your needs, thoroughly review the candidates’ backgrounds, and conduct an in-depth inventory of their skill set.  We always follow up with you and your family post-placement to ensure domestic tranquility.

Rate $600-1,200/wk. (See LifeWorx Salary Calculator) Picking the perfect person to enhance your children's lives is our #1 priority. Our Experts are among the top 10% of Nannies (See Finding Your Perfect Poppins, Greenwich Magazine). LifeWorx thoroughly pre-screens all candidates, conducts background & reference checks and in person interviews. We provide bios for your review and set up interviews with each candidate you select and follow up with trials. We place full-time nannies that have at least two years of professional childcare experience, own their own car with a clean driver's license and have clean backgrounds. They are fluent in English and have teaching and child development skills. Our Nannies, including baby nurses, care for newborns to teens and everything in between. Our fee is six-weeks of candidate compensation with a minimum of $3600 and is due at the time of your decision. We guarantee a full refund within the first week of service and a replacement within the first three months. We also offer extended guarantees for additional assurance. Alternatively, you can pay a trial rate on a weekly basis, until you make a final decision.
