How the Application process works
Our streamlined process is designed to gain an in-depth understanding of our applicants as listed below.
- An Online Application to determine if you meet our Basic Requirements. If so, a Staffing Counselor will contact you.
- An On Phone Interview to get a feel for your experience and qualifications.
- Reference Checks - For applications whose online application and phone interview suggest good skills, we contact the references. All furnished references must be professional and demonstrate a history of experience and reliability.
- In Person Interview - Upon receiving satisfactory references, you will be invited for an in-person interview at one of our local offices.
- Background Check - Because our Clients open their homes and families to our Experts, Candidates demonstrating appropriate skills and traits will be asked to provide information to conduct the background check.
