Does the application process cost anything to the applicant? No, LifeWorx runs the background checks and pays for it.

What are you looking for in a candidate? The requirements listed in our Requirements Section, professional work experience, and a work history that demonstrates your reliability.

Will my references be protected? LifeWorx understands the importance of not overreaching your References' time with multiple calls. By calling your references and keeping a summary of conversation, our process negates the need for the multiple potential families also calling your references. This maximizes your exposure to potential employers as a verified Expert with minimal calls to your references. Occasionally, families in the final stage of making a hiring decision will request contact information to speak to your references directly. If you have expressed interest in working with the family, your permission will be requested in these instances.

How long will it be before I find a job placement? On average, Experts are matched with families for interviews and receive job offers in 2-6 weeks. You versatility, skills, physical location and the economic climate all influence this timeframe.

Once LifeWorx has agreed to represent me, how does the process work? LifeWorx will send your information to clients we think you would be a good match with. If a client is interested in you, an individual from LifeWorx will contact them and set up an interview with the client and the applicant. After the interview, we check in with everybody to see if it is a good match. If not, we start the process over again to find a better match.
